  1. Refund Policy Return & Refund Policy Order Policy All Gothic Blankets are made to order, which means production begins as soon as you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Shipping Policy Once an item has shipped, it is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on shipped orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll review your claim. If verified, we’ll replace or remake your item at no additional cost. Non-Returnable Items Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all items are non-returnable. Each blanket is individually woven and made to order, which means slight variations in texture or color are part of the unique character of every piece. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out for assistance and we’ll ensure you receive a proper replacement. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. However, this does not apply to custom, made-to-order, or personalized items.   2. Shipping Policy Shipping Times We aim to ship your Gothic Blanket as quickly as possible. Due to a large number of recent orders, production is currently taking up to 2 weeks before shipping. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to fulfill every order. U.S. Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International Shipping: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All prices are in USD and include tracking for your order. Order Confirmation & Tracking Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your blanket ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
